Larry is the managing partner of Murrill/Gerbino, LLP, a San Diego based CPA firm specializing in the needs of emerging businesses and their owners.

Prior to founding his own firm in 1983, he gained valuable audit experience with one of the largest national accounting firms in the country. Larry has over 35 years of experience serving privately held businesses in the areas of financial reporting, budgeting, financing, tax and strategic planning.  During his career he has assisted hundreds of companies maintain financial control of their companies so that they may comfortably focus on important operational and strategic issues. In particular, he has extensive experience consulting with early stage companies.

Larry’s industry experience is diverse.  He has served companies involved with biotech, real estate development, manufacturing, construction, insurance, public relations and advertising, law and other business services. A graduate of  Oregon State University, he has served on the boards of several not-for-profits and is an active volunteer in the community, in particular mentoring underprivileged children.
